Watford midfielder Roberto Pereyra is enjoying the run of games he’s been having for the club.

After leaving Juventus in the Summer for €13m, the player was looking for a destination where he could have more playing time. And that’s exactly what he found at the Vicarage Road.

Pereyra already had seven Premier League appearances for Watford, having made two assists and even scoring one goal against Arsenal in his debut.

In an interview with Fox Sports Argentina this week, the player didn’t seem to have anything to complain about his life in the Premier League.

Asked about his first months at the English club, Pereyra said: “Happy. From a personal point of view, I’m happy for the things I’ve been doing, I’m playing and it’s what I wanted. To seek continuity.”

After being unbeaten for three games, the player is glad for Watford’s recent results and hope things keep this way: “Now we need to keep working, I believe we’re doing very well with the group, the team and we’ll keep winning.”

The 25-year-old has signed a contract which runs until 2021. He hasn’t been called up for the Argentine national team this year, but hopes his good run of form will give him a call up soon.
