Once a target for a number of Premier League clubs, David Raya appears a bit stuck at Brentford, as he continues to look for a way out.
The Spaniard was eyeing up a move to a bigger club this summer, but Tottenham decided to go after Guglielmo Vicario and Manchester United are doing their best to get André Onana.
This leaves the Brentford star with fewer options to pick from, and his desire to stay in the Premier League means he is turning down other clubs, according to Fussball Transfers.
The German website explain that both Al-Nassr and Inter Milan have ‘established contact’ with the goalkeeper, but moving to either of those is ‘out of the question’ for the time being.
However, they do add that he also has ‘other enquiries’ that would represent more ‘realistic options’ in his eyes, although what they are isn’t stated.
Therefore, Brentford and their goalkeeper are going to have to wait a little bit longer before this is all solved, but it doesn’t help the Bees that he has ‘very specific ideas’ about where he wants to go next.
