West Ham United must be a little tired of AS Roma. The Premier League club, along with Leicester City, have been trying to agree a deal with Juventus for Matias Soule, but Roma are also keen.

The Italian media believe Soule would prefer a move to Roma because he can teammate up with compatriots Paulo Dybala and Leandro Paredes there. Juventus keep pushing the price higher and now want more than €30m so things are dragging out.

Corriere dello Sport report West Ham have ‘diverted their attention’ to Leeds United and Crysencio Summerville, but, Roma have now also turned up on that scene as they grow tired of Juventus’ demands.

Should Leeds United be considering selling Summerville in this market then obviously the more interest there is the better it becomes for their chances of getting a good fee.

Earlier reports in Italy stated Leeds United want €20m+, although in reality it’s almost certainly going to be €30m+ with bonuses likely on top.

That still looks like a better deal than Soule, and Roma and West Ham are now tussling for another player.
