Luis Campos is without a job since stepping down as Lille’s sporting director last year, after having helped them assemble a squad that went on to win the title last season. He also played a vital role in helping AS Monaco win the league during the 2016/17 season.
However, he is not in favour of taking the Genoa job.
Campos has a ‘particular way’ of working, which includes having ‘free rein’ of the club’s sporting plans.

The Premier League side need to bring in a new sporting director and a transfer market genius like Campos, who helped Monaco and Lille win Ligue 1 titles, seems to be waiting for them.
