Claims from the Spanish media today bring bad news for Tottenham Hotspur and potential transfer plans.
As outlet Defensa Central writes about Real Madrid midfielder Eduardo Camavinga, it’s said the club aren’t letting him go anywhere this summer.
The report points out that the English press has been revealing interest from Premier League sides in the 20-year-old, with Tottenham included in the list of clubs who’d like to buy him.
Real Madrid, however, don’t even think about his departure. It’s claimed that club president Florentino Perez has already told intermediaries who work around the club that they wouldn’t even sell him for €200m.
The La Liga giants believe the 20-year-old can make history at the club, and despite being an ‘object of desire’ for Premier League sides, there’s no way he’d be moving out of the Santiago Bernabéu so soon.
Tottenham are not the only English club who’ve been linked to the Frenchman lately, as the likes of Arsenal and Manchester United were said to be interested as well. Now it looks like none of them would stand any chance of taking Camavinga in the coming years.
