Fiorentina seem to really find themselves in a difficult situation regarding Tottenham Hotspur target Michael Kayode.
As today highlighted by newspaper Corriere Fiorentino, there’s a huge doubt whether they should sell the youngster this summer or see him develop at the club.
The 19-year-old is a home-grown talent who could see a new generation being raised around him, and on the other hand, his sale would mean a lot to Fiorentina’s financial health.
Tottenham are labelled the biggest threat to take Kayode away from the Serie A side, as they have ‘expressed interest’ in the signing.
Fiorentina already made a first valuation, and demand €40m to let the youngster go.
With Tottenham’s interest seeming to be in early stages, it’s said that they’re still to place an offer for the teenager, although La Viola are expected to start receiving the bids very soon.
There’s a chance that Fiorentina will ‘turn a deaf ear’ to Spurs’ bid. To avoid that, the London side better make sure that their offer is convincing enough.
