Tottenham Hotspur have been credited with an interest in Dejan Kulusevski for several months.
At the weekend, Sport Mediaset reported the north London club have initiated contacts with both the winger’s agent and the Serie A side.
The 21-year-old has made a handful of starts this season, which includes only four in the league, out of which two came in the last two matches. Massimiliano Allegri started the Sweden international in the Turin club’s 2-0 win over Genoa.
According to Calciomercato.it, ‘several observers from Italy and abroad’ were present at the Allianz Stadium on Sunday.
Tottenham scouts were previously spotted in the same stadium and were again in attendance at the weekend.
It’s claimed Spurs observers ‘always follow with interest’ two players; Kulusevski and Weston McKennie. An injury forced the American to miss the last two matches.
Tottenham chief Fabio Paratici knows the duo very well, having helped the Turin club sign the two players in the past. He could now focus on helping Spurs sign both Kulusevski and McKennie, or either of them in the coming windows.
