Takvim report Tottenham Hotspurs are interested in signing Trabzonspor goalkeeper Ugurcan Cakir ahead of the summer transfer window.

Cakir was linked with a move to the Premier League last year with Tottenham among the names mentioned, and Takvim report the north London side are still in for the Turkish goalkeeper. At the time of the initial claims there were reports Spurs were lining up an offer for Cakir, but nothing materialised.

Along with Tottenham, it’s claimed Ligue 1 champions Lille and Serie A winners Inter Milan are also following the player’s situation closely. According to Takvim, the Turkish club won’t consider offers below €20m for Cakir.

Trabzonspor are said to be in no rush to sell the player, as the Karadeniz Firtinasi are planning to wait until the end of Euros. Cakir is the current No.1 for his national team.

The 25-year-old made 38 Super Lig appearances this season, keeping 13 clean sheets.

His contract with Trabzonspor will expire at the end of June 2024.
