Tottenham are preparing an offer for Monaco full-back Vanderson over a deal worth at least €32m plus addition money for objectives.
That’s according to journalist Bruno Andrade, who reports that talks with Monaco are ‘ongoing’ over the Brazilian.
Tottenham have been busy this summer continuing to reshape the squad for Ange Postecoglou, with €148m spent on new signings such as Dominic Solanke, Archie Gray, Wilson Odobert and Lucas Bergvall already.
A right back would not appear to be a priority given they have Pedro Porro and Djed Spence in the squad already after allowing Emerson Royal to leave for AC Milan.
It seems that is not the case, though, with Andrade reporting that they are working on a deal with Monaco for Vanderson.
According to his information, they are discussing a €32m plus bonuses deal with the Ligue 1 for the 23-year-old Brazilian. That offer has not been formally submitted yet but is being prepared.
Vanderson is not a new name for Tottenham, who have regularly been linked with a move for him since 2021.
The idea of a move has seemingly picked up again this week, with it reported that talks have been opened with Monaco and that a bid was being prepared.
Andrade now seems to back both of those up, so Vanderson’s name will be one to keep an eye on in the coming days.
