Ousmane Dembélé’s contract expires at the end of the season. His decision to not accept a renewal offer from Barcelona has resulted in the La Liga side asking him to leave the Camp Nou before the January window closes on Monday.

For the past few days, Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea have been named as possible destinations for the winger.

Apart from these sides, Tottenham Hotspur have also came forward for the winger in the winter market.

That’s according to El Partidazo de COPE journalist Helena Condis Edo, who explains the north London club made a ‘last minute offer’ to sign the 24-year-old.

Sources close to the negotiations informed Helena Condis Edo that it is an ‘unfeasible option’ for Spurs to sign the France international on deadline day.

That’s because Antonio Conte’s side ‘cannot assume’, meaning they are not in a position to take care of Dembélé’s salary and also pay commission to his agent.

Therefore, Tottenham’s ‘last minute offer’ for the ex-Borussia Dortmund man is unlikely to yield any result.
