The player hasn’t been much used by the French club, and according to Record, he could be leaving this month on a loan with an option to buy.
The newspaper says the English sides have been interested in the player since the Euro U17 competition which was hosted in Azerbaijan this year, and seem ready to make an approach now.
But some unnamed Portuguese clubs would be in the competition too, and the player, according to Record, would fancy a move back to his country.
Vinagre is only 17, and left Sporting to join Monaco last year for free. He’s still to make an official debut for the French side.
Monaco changed their transfer approach in recent years to a plan which looks for young players who are set to rise in value quickly. That will have led the club to Vinagre, and it’s not hard to make a profit on a free transfer.
