Callum Olusesi has been making a name for himself in Tottenham’s youth setup this season.

The 18-year-old has three goals and three assists in the UEFA Youth League. He has one goal in the Premier League 2, and even made it to the bench for Thomas Frank’s side against Brentford.

In total, he’s played 41 times for the London club’s U18s side and has 13 goals, mainly as a midfielder but helping in attack when needed.

The young midfielder’s time at Tottenham could now soon be cut short, despite his growing reputation. Alfredo Pedulla reports the teenager is attracting attention from Torino.

The Italian side are about to lose Kristjan Asllani, who is of interest to Parma and Sassuolo. They need to sign a replacement for the Albanian quickly. Even if Olusesi is quite young, the Turin club are ready to place faith in his abilities.

Initial contact has been made with Tottenham and discussions are ongoing. Torino want to sign the midfielder on an initial loan with at least an option to buy.

Spurs’ stance over the deal is unknown but it seems things are progressing. This could be an interesting opportunity for the midfielder, especially if he is in and around the first-team at Torino.

Tottenham may want a buyback clause as protection if they agree a loan plus purchase option.
