After holding positive talks with Paris Saint-Germain’s Luis Campos and Hugo Ekitike’s entourage, West Ham United’s Tim Steidten has now conversed with the player directly.
That’s what Foot Mercato are reporting on Thursday afternoon, revealing that the German director of football managed to have a chat with the French striker.
Not only that, but the player is now set to also have some talks with West Ham’s manager, David Moyes, in order to hear what the Scot has to say about his plans for him.
The previous report said those around the young goalscorer had been impressed with Steidten’s speech, meaning there will be hope the 21-year-old will feel the same.
It was also stated that West Ham had the money to please both Paris Saint-Germain and the player when it came to their demands for a move, filling everyone with confidence that a deal could be struck.
The main issue the Hammers will likely face right now is the interest from other, perhaps more enticing clubs, such as AC Milan and Eintracht Frankfurt, with the latter having Randal Kolo Muani in their ranks, who is a big target for the Ligue 1 champions.
