AFC Bournemouth are one of the Premier League clubs to have followed Juventus’ Nicolò Savona, according to Tuttosport.

Thiago Motta promoted the right-back to the first team at the start of this season and he’s made 33 appearances so far.

Savona’s development at the Serie A club has seen him attract interest from Germany and England, where Bournemouth are keen.

The report states at least three Premier League teams have been following him for several months. The Cherries are the only English club mentioned in the report, who also provide more on their interest.

Savona is ‘tempting’ several clubs including Andoni Iraola’s side and Bayer Leverkusen.

Bournemouth director Tiago Pinto seems to be leading the transfer pursuit of the 22-year-old as the report states the Cherries, via Pinto, have already asked information about him.

Bayer Leverkusen have the Italian as one of the candidates to replace Jeremie Frimpong, if the Netherlands international were to leave the club in the summer window.

Savona has a contract until 2019, and the Turin club wouldn’t want to part ways with him in the next window. The report states Juve would change their stance for a ‘sensational offer’ of around €25-30m.
