Turkish Super Lig club Sivaspor are interested in signing Watford striker Adalberto Penaranda, reports Fanatik.

It’s claimed the Turkish side are interested in signing the 22 year old, who’s had loan spells at Malaga, Udinese and Granada in recent seasons.

Last season the Venezuelan striker played two FA Cup games for Watford but Fanatik say he’s expected to leave the Premier League club this summer, with Sivasspor named as a possible destination.

Sivasspor officials have already opened talks with Watford for the player, and Fanatik report the Turkish club are looking to sign him before their preseason starts.

After a disappointing campaign in which they finished mid table in the Super Lig, Sivasspor will be looking to add to their squad in this transfer window and Penarnada looks to be an option.

Watford paid €10.6m to sign the young attacker from Udinese in 2016 and he is under contract with the English club until June 2023.
