Sofyan Amrabat’s agents are already working on finding him a new destination post Manchester United, with Fiorentina also wanting rid.

That’s according to Tuttosport, relayed by Tuttomercatoweb, who say the Italian side want a sale in the summer once the midfielder returns from his loan spell at Manchester United.

The newspaper explains that Amrabat is preparing to return to Florence following his loan spell with Manchester United this season, but he won’t be unpacking his bags when he does.

The midfielder won’t be bought by Manchester United but is destined to leave the Italian side, and he could be on his way to AC Milan, who may be thinking of a deal as they look for a new defensive midfielder.

The Rossoneri are considering making a move and have already ‘taken the first steps’ towards making that happen, testing the waters with his representatives in the last few days.

They are the Dutch agency SEG, who already have Milan midfielder Tijjani Reijnders on their books and therefore a relationship with the Serie A giants.

Milan’s plan is to study the feasibility of the operation, which should cost €15-18m, despite the midfielder’s absolutely miserable year on loan at Manchester United.
