Despite the great deal it meant to many Juventus fans when Paulo Dybala stayed at the club after the end of the transfer window, there’s not a lot of confidence he will continue playing at the club for much longer.
With only 14 minutes featuring for the Old Lady so far this season, the Argentine attacker is still to convince manager Maurizio Sarri that he should be an importance piece in the team.
That’s enough for more transfer rumours, and local newspaper Tuttosport is back linking a few clubs who could be interested in taking him soon.
Paris Saint Germain, Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United are listed as potential destinations for Dybala in January.
Speaking of the Spurs, Tuttosport writes there’s the ‘risk’ the player could attract another ‘approach’ from the club, reviving Dybala’s attraction to the Premier League.
Juventus are not working hard on holding Dybala, and there’s a special boost in Tottenham’s case, since they’ve been interested in signing Christian Eriksen.
They say the Dane star has ‘never hidden his wish to move’, and Juventus, PSG and Real Madrid are named as the clubs who should compete for his signing.
The suggestion is, and it’s just tentative, that Dybala moving to Tottenham would make Eriksen’s move to Juventus easier.
