Three clubs are reportedly interested in Manchester City striker Rubén Sobrino. After the good performances during the Second Division playoffs, the 24-year-old has attracted the eyes of the Spanish sides.

Sobrino signed for Manchester City last summer from Ponferradina and was immediately loaned to Girona, where he spent the entire season. He managed two goals and three assists in 14 games.

According to exclusive news from Tutto Mercato Web, Sevilla, Deportivo La Coruña and Real Bétis are all keeping an eye on the player. Sobrino’s loan contract with Girona expires this month, but the article doesn’t say if the clubs would like to sign him on loan or permanently.

Earlier this month, Sobrino gave an interview to Marca saying he was eager to go to Manchester City and work under Pep Guardiola.

It’s now in the manager’s hands… the decision of using the striker or letting him go once again. Finding interested clubs won’t be a problem.
