Everton and Manchester United have been offered Arkadiusz Milik, according to claims from France.
Journalist Karim Bennani today claims that Marseille presented the Toffees and Red Devils with the chance of landing the 28-year-old.
For now, there’s no information on whether Everton and Manchester United are interested in the signing, or even how much the Ligue 1 club are requesting for the Polish striker.
Marseille have just made Milik’s arrival permanent. They signed him from Napoli in January 2021 on a paid loan, and the buying option was used this summer, with the club spending a total of €12m on the player.
In this time at the French club, Milik had 30 goals and three assists in 55 appearances. Quite decent numbers, which could certainly make him an attractive option for any club who are in need of a centre-forward.
Besides Everton and Manchester United, it’s also said the player was offered to Juventus as well.
According to Transfermarkt’s latest evaluation, he should have a price of €16m, but with Marseille offering him around, we wonder how attractive they may make a deal.
