Manchester United will be working ahead of the summer window, hoping for a better time of it than in the winter market. They’ll want to target players early so they can go through pre-season with the club.

Diario de Noticias have reported that a player in question is Bayern Munich’s Bryan Zaragoza, who is currently on loan at Osasuna.

The winger has one goal and five assists for the La Liga club this season and has impressed while mainly playing on the left wing.

The newspaper state ‘sources close to player’ have told them Manchester United are interested in the 23-year-old, who could be part of Ruben Amorim’s major rebuild at the club.

A loan move is refuted and the belief is that the Red Devils would want a permanent transfer, with Zaragoza set to return to Bayern Munich at the end of the season.

The clubs engaged with each other last summer during Manchester United’s moves for Matthijs de Ligt and Noussair Mazraoui. It remains to be seen if this working relationship helps in a transfer for Zaragoza.
