Despite all the talk that Dusan Vlahovic could be heading to Chelsea, there is now an opening for Tottenham to make their move.
This comes after news emerged that Spurs had reached an agreement with Bayern Munich over the England international’s transfer, with the Germans ready to pay over €100m for the last year of his contract.
That means a new striker will be needed, and Marco Piccari, speaking to TMW Radio, believes that the Serbian is on the list at Tottenham and could quickly become someone they start chasing.
They would have far more money to spend than their competition, as the other London side are trying to include an unwanted Romelu Lukaku in the mix.
Either way, Piccari, a director at TMW Radio, makes it clear that Tottenham could come in and scupper everyone’s plans.
He said: “It is clear that Tottenham could really open up an interesting scenario for Juventus, because Vlahovic is also in their sights.”
With money in the bank and a young striker who can be prolific in the right setting on their agenda, it seems Tottenham have everything planned.
First, though, they need Kane to agree to a move, which appears to be tougher than first expected.
