On the long list of mounting problems that need solving at Everton, Moise Kean sits somewhere close to the top.
The Italian striker arrived at the club from Juventus in the summer in a move that most thought was one of the bargains of the summer.
Everton were not only getting one of the hottest prospects in Europe, but they were also getting the striker that this team desperately needs.
Except, things have not worked out for Kean at Goodison Park, with no goals in 10 appearances so far and plenty of talk that he wants to head back to Italy.
And it seems his agent, Mino Raiola, has a plan to make that happen.
SportMediaset report that the ‘superagent’ is planning a deal that would see Kean head to AC Milan and Everton get Krzysztof Piątek in exchange.
They report that Raiola knows things are not looking good for Kean at Everton and that’s put his chances of making Euro 2020 with Italy in jeopardy.
Raiola wants his client at that tournament so, his idea is to have Everton and AC Milan swap strikers on a loan basis.
Such a deal is seen as a positive for both parties, particularly Piątek, who could ‘learn something different’ away from AC Milan, where he is out of the manager’s plans.
It could all rest on Zlatan Ibrahimović, though. Milan want to take Ibra plus Kean but not one or the other.
As a result, if the Swede turns down the chance to return to Italy, Kean could miss out on his too.
