The Italian media continues to bring more rumours on the managers who could take charge of Tottenham Hotspur next season.

Monday saw more comments regarding Antonio Conte, who has just won Serie A with Inter Milan and could soon be up for a new challenge somewhere else.

Pundit Ciccio Graziani was live on Sports Mediaset, and when speaking about the future of the Italian manager, claimed that the Premier League side could end up being an option for him.

“Sometimes the obsession can be penalising, but Conte did a great job above all in convincing the players of his ideas and that desire to win. This mentality is indispensable and in this sense he did a great job: then the rest the players on the pitch did it, really good,” said Graziani (via Calcio Mercato).

“Anything can happen: if the club do not regain financial stability and the possibility of planning a certain future, it’s clear that if Conte appeals to Tottenham with important goals, he can also think about going. He wants to understand if from now on there are the conditions to continue to be competitive: he’s hungry and it seems right that he checks it out.”

Antonio Conte is only one Italian manager who’s been linked to Tottenham lately. Back at the weekend, we’ve also seen a couple of outlets claiming Spurs could be Maurizio Sarri’s next club as well.

Contrary to Conte, Sarri is unemployed, which would undoubtedly make things easier for any club who wants him. However, recent reports have been saying the manager wouldn’t like to work in England so soon due to the Coronavirus restrictions and the difficulty of moving between countries.
