RMC have a run down of PSG’s incoming transfer business on Monday evening, with a couple of pieces of their information of interest to Manchester United.
First up is Lille’s Leny Yoro, with the central defender linked to PSG at various points over the past year. RMC believe the Ligue 1 club have backed away from this idea.
The player ‘will not come’, Manchester United are ‘pressing hard’ and have ‘already made an offer’. Real Madrid also get a mention, with it stated Los Blancos is where the player prefers right now.
That’s largely known, but at least the Red Devils know it’s unlikely they’ll have to compete with PSG.
For midfield, Joao Neves is described as a priority. The Benfica midfielder has been linked to Manchester United endlessly, and €60m offers from both them and PSG have been reported in the Portuguese media recently.
RMC say that Benfica wanting more than €100m for Neves is a problem for PSG, with the French club not wanting to do a ‘madness’ for him.
As far as the French source has it, the Benfica player ‘wants to join PSG’, but then they would say that.
