Jérémy Doku spent six years at Anderlecht’s academy before getting an opportunity to play for their first team at the age of 16, in November 2018.

The forward has played close to 400 minutes in the Jupiler Pro League over 12 appearances since making his first team debut, but is yet to manage to score or register an assist.

However, that hasn’t stopped him from drawing attention from Arsenal and Chelsea.

According to Calciomercato, the Premier League clubs ‘call’ the teenager as the Gunners and the Blues ‘like’ Doku.

Unai Emery and Frank Lampard have several options in their attacking division at their respective clubs.

Considering Doku has not impressed for Anderlecht’s first team, Arsenal and Chelsea could be looking at the youngster for their academy, instead of their first team.

Doku’s contract with the Belgian side runs down in 2021.
