‘Pretty much done’.

That’s how Corriere del Mezzogiorno’s Puglia edition look at the transfer taking Elia Caprile from Leeds United to Bari.

There was already talk of an agreement being reached for the young goalkeeper’s exit from Elland Road, but we have yet to hear anything official about it to date.

Still, the newspaper look at where things stand for the Leeds player, and explain the club are ‘closing’ their third signing of the transfer window by bringing in the 20-year-old.

It’s not mentioned how much the Serie C club will pay for the player, but it’s made clear he ‘arrives outright and will compete’ for a starting spot next season.

This comes off the back of the Leeds player’s good season on loan at Aurora Pro Patria, also in Serie C, where he became a key player for the Italian side over the course of the campaign, keeping 12 clean sheets in 36 league appearances.
