Italian outlet TuttoMercatoWeb now comes with fresh and exciting updates on Tottenham Hotspur’s chase for Radu Dragusin.
It’s claimed that despite Bayern Munich’s recent attempt to sign the player, he’s actually getting ‘closer and closer’ to Spurs.
TMW claims that Dragusin’s agents Florin Manea and Gabriele Giuffrida have ‘flown to London’ to ‘close the deal’ with Tottenham.
It’s said Spurs are ready to spend €25m on the signing, plus €5m in bonuses. The negotiation is said to be ‘hot’ and the transfer ‘almost certain’.
Even though Napoli had also been seen as competitors for this transfer, they wanted to include some players in the deal, and Genoa consider Tottenham’s bid to be far better.
The outlet says that some news is expected in the coming hours, and even brings some news about Dragusin’s deal with Spurs, saying he’ll have a salary worth €2m per season.
However, there is still the question of whether Djed Spence can be convinced that heading to Genoa on loan is a good idea, as he is apparently not 100% sure it’s the right move for him.
One to keep an eye on.
