On Wednesday, Tipsbladet stated Brighton & Hove Albion were sorting out the final details of the operation to sign Brøndby IF’s Clement Bischoff.

They also reported the Seagulls will pay around €8m for the left-back to arrive at The Amex in the summer.

Brighton are likely to have ironed out the details with the Danish club and the 19-year-old.

A fresh report from Tipsbladet states Brøndby have agreed to sell the youngster to the Premier League club. They further add he is travelling to England on Thursday to undergo medical tests with Brighton.

Should the Denmark U21 international clear these examinations, he will sign a contract with the English club until 2030.

The outlet says the player’s impending move to Fabian Hürzeler’s side will be one of the Danish club’s biggest sales.

Brøndby initially signed the Dane for their academy in 2022 and promoted him to their first team a year later. Operating as a left wing-back, Bischoff has made 30 appearances so far, managing two goals and eight assists in the process.

Brighton may use him as a left-back once he arrives in England.
