Jorginho has not made a single appearance for Chelsea since football resumed last month.

The Blues have played four matches and it includes a victory over Leicester City in the FA Cup quarter-final.

The 28-year-old was on the bench for the last three matches and was left out of the squad in Chelsea’s 2-1 win over Aston Villa.

Frank Lampard saw his side suffer a 3-2 loss at the hands of West Ham United on Wednesday. After the defeat against the Hammers, Area Napoli brought an update on the Brazil-born Italy international and they state Jorginho ‘seems willing to leave’ the Premier League club.

Maurizio Sarri and Juventus would be ‘on his track’ as the midfielder played under his compatriot at Stamford Bridge and Napoli in the past. The two could reunite at the Turin club. The player ‘can go back to Italy’, states the report’s headline.

Last month, Jorginho’s agent João Santos admitted he’s unsure if there is any team that’s capable of investing the amounts required for his client’s signature.

Area Napoli’s report doesn’t provide any concrete indication on Juve’s firm willingness to sign Jorginho. They only suggest he could leave Chelsea this summer and the Old Lady are following the former Napoli star.
