On April 20th, we carried a report from Calciomercato, who explained that Pep Guardiola has decided to include Danilo in the list of players who could be sold in the summer as his future is ‘far from the Etihad’.

It was also explained that Inter Milan are interested in the Manchester City fullback, who joined the Premier League winners from Real Madrid in 2017.

FcInterNews’s report has a headline which reads ‘Danilo, yes to Inter’ as he is ‘attracted’ by the prospect of making a switch to Italy.

However, the Brazilian’s move to San Siro is far from being sealed because the Nerazzurri’s initial offer of €15m was turned down by the English champions.

It’s claimed Manchester City will ‘facilitate a transfer’ if the receive €10-12m more than what Inter offered for their player.

The report explains Guardiola’s side have time as they are waiting to see if Inter will improve the offer or if they receive proposals from elsewhere for Danilo.

A €25m transfer still sounds like a pretty good deal for Inter.
