Manchester United’s Jadon Sancho wants to make a switch to Paris Saint-Germain this summer, according to multiple claims from France.
Last season, Sancho had a fallout with Erik ten Hag and was sent to Borussia Dortmund on loan in January. He’s returned to Old Trafford and his relationship with the manager has improved, but PSG are looking to sign the 24-year-old.
Foot Mercato journalist Santi Aouna claims the winger always wanted to join the Ligue 1 winners. He adds Sancho has received a ‘verbal offer’ of around €17m gross per year.
RMC Sport also state the England international is keen on joining Luis Enrique’s side in this window.
It’s claimed the player is ‘seduced’ by the idea of joining the Paris club, who have made first contact, likely with the Red Devils, to secure his services. They aren’t expected to agree to a deal in the next few days.
PSG, who have to work within a financial framework, will have to find an agreement with the Premier League side. RMC Sport state it’s ‘not easy’ because Manchester United are demanding more than €60m for Sancho.
Despite Sancho’s desire to leave Manchester United for PSG, a deal remains complicated at this moment in time.
