Ramon Sosa’s drama of a move to Nottingham Forest again looks like it’s on the verge of happening. Of course, similar was claimed a couple of weeks ago, only for Talleres and the Premier League club to publicly disagree and the player to then go on strike to try and force the move.
This time, though, we have pictures.
Multiple sources in Argentina have published images and videos over the past hour which show Sosa turning up at the airport as he gets set to travel for his new adventure in English football.
La Voz report that he didn’t want to say anything to journalists waiting at the airport because he hopes to be presented by Nottingham Forest ‘as soon as he arrives’.
That’s likely a little premature, but it’s understandable for the 24-year-old to want everything confirming as soon as possible, given the deal has already collapsed once.

La Voz quote Talleres president Andrés Fassi as saying: “Some of the documentation has arrived. There will be a happy ending.”
If even Fassi says it’s happening, after all he’s said previously, then surely it is.
