French outlet Le10 Sport today features a story where they question Paris Saint Germain’s transfer policy, claiming their strategy has led the club to have many flops in the past few years.
It turns out that even Fulham get a mention in that piece, since the Craven Cottage side currently have Layvin Kurzawa in their squad.
The report recalls that the fullback had been a ‘sensation’ at Monaco, and despite showing signs of a ‘great promise’ at PSG, he’s now ‘become undesirable’ at the club.
A reason for that is that Kurzawa hasn’t been able to impress at Fulham either, as Le10 Sport writes that the 30-year-old ‘has not been satisfactory’ at the Whites this season and ‘should return’ to France this summer.
PSG spent €25m to sign him from Monaco in 2015, and right now, the player is valued by Transfermarkt at €4m.
The fullback joined Fulham on loan last summer, but has only managed to make six appearances for the Whites since then.
His injuries have been a major problem during his spell, and that’s why it’s hard to even think about the possibility of a permanent move.
