Earlier today we covered claims from Colombia which stated Orsomarso SC’s Yeimar Mosquera would arrive in Birmingham today ahead of a medical with Aston Villa.
Orsomarso SC and the Premier League club have been working on the final details of the transfer this week, and everything has been rushed through at speed.
The defender is set to sign a four year contract with Aston Villa, and whilst any fee attached to the transfer hasn’t been revealed yet, it’s been reported Orsomarso SC will get 30% of a future sale.
The 19-year-old is expected to move to Real Unión, controlled by the Emery family, on loan for the coming season to aid his development.
Journalist Adriano Savalli, backed up by Varsky Sports, reports the youngster has now started his medical tests and has already gone through part of the process.
This one looks like it shouldn’t be too far away from an announcement.
