A day ago, we covered claims from Alfredo Pedulla that Premier League side Bournemouth were keeping tabs on Juventus’ young defender Dean Huijsen and it seems that they’ve followed up on their interest.
The centre-back spent the second half of last season on loan at AS Roma but he joined the Giallorossi only on a dry loan deal. His future is now up in the air once again, with the 19-year-old training at the Continassa and awaiting his fate.
Bournemouth, it has now been claimed by Gianluca di Marzio, are keen on the defender and have made a ‘proposal’ for him.
Cherries sporting director Tiago Pinto is said to be ‘crazy’ about the teenager and the same was echoed by Pedulla in his own report.
Having said that, Huijsen is yet to give his approval to a move to Bournemouth. He has doubts about the move to the Vitality Stadium and he also doesn’t seem too sure about joining Stuttgart, who have also made an attempt.
Apparently, the clubs may not be ‘prestigious’ enough for him.
Juve seem interested in selling the player, as they look to raise money for more summer signings.
