The Sierra Leone international will leave Cesena to join the English club in this window. The report states there’s an agreement in principle, likely between the two clubs, for his transfer.
Blackburn Rovers have been sorting out the final details with the attacker and the outlet hasn’t specified as to what these details are. This is probably to do with the length of the contract.
