Noah Okafor has played 14 Premier League games for Leeds United since his arrival from AC Milan.

The Switzerland international’s last goal came in October against Tottenham. Since then, he hasn’t has a goal contribution for the Whites, even if he has played regularly at centre-forward.

Doubts are emerging about his future at Leeds, who spent around €20m in the summer

MilanLive report the 25-year-old’s future at Elland Road is uncertain. This is because of his disappointing performances in front of goal and failure to find the back of the net.

That is why the possibility of a return to Italy in January is floated – ‘perhaps a loan’. Due to regulations though, the Swiss player can’t play for a third club as he appeared for Milan earlier in the season. The report believes that if not January, Okafor could end up departing in the summer.

An exit in June is likely to hinge on whether Leeds United stay in the Premier League or not. Relegation can lead to Okafor seeking an exit as he could seek a bigger challenge.

The report is confident that despite the struggles in Yorkshire and a torrid loan at Napoli, the attacker has a lot of suitors in Serie A. There is belief that he is still a very reliable player who can thrive in Italy in the right circumstances.
