As the Italian media continues to cover Antonio Conte’s potential exit from Tottenham Hotspur, it’s time to speak of another departure as well.

Calciomercato now brings a story claiming Fabio Paratici could also be on his way out of the Premier League side.

The outlet talks about the ‘earthquake’ going on at Tottenham, with Conte now returning to Italy and a potential dismissal taking place ‘in the next few days’.

Regarding Paratici, Calciomercato writes that the club director ‘risks paying for Antonio’s flop himself’.

That’s because it was he who brought the manager to London trying to emulate the success they had at Juventus, convincing Daniel Levy to give ‘full confidence’ to the coach’s job.

The outlet recalls that Tottenham pay Conte a ‘super salary’ of nearly €35m, and that decision is credited to Paratici as well. That’s why ‘both could pack their bags’ soon.

According to the story, there’s a ‘key day’ for the director’s future, and that’s the 19th of April.

By then, the Collegio di Garanzia del Coni will decide whether to overrule or not the 30-month ban imposed on him in the Juventus case.

In case Paratici is considered innocent and the sentence overturned or reduced ‘to a minimum’, he could head back to Serie A.

That would give him a boost should he be forced to leave Tottenham, at least in case the choice is in his hands.

If things stay as they are, then the director would have to look elsewhere, as he wouldn’t be able to work in Italy.
