Eintracht Frankfurt have confirmed they’ve reached an agreement with West Ham for the sale of Sebastien Haller.

The Bundesliga club have announced this via their media channels on Tuesday morning. Frankfurt further go on to explain that Haller can now have a medical with West Ham in London, and should there be no problems with those tests, they say he’ll be signing for the Premier League club.

There’s no mention of fee but previous claims in both Germany and England have suggested the striker will be moving for around €40-50m.

At first he wasn’t keen on joining the Hammers, feeling he could set his sights a little higher. However, some strong persuasive work has changed his mind, and had a better impact than it did with Maxi Gomez.

The Uruguayan striker was the subject of Hammers transfer drama last week before the English club finally walked away from a deal, and he’s since been unveiled by Valenica.
