Nottingham Forest winger Diogo Gonçalves is reportedly ‘evaluating the options’ he has for his future.
Portuguese newspaper A Bola reports today that the company which takes care of the player’s career, Gestifute, has been getting many calls about him.
It’s also been reported in Greece that Olympiacos are keen on the 21-year-old, and A Bola has confirmed that he’s been followed by the club since November.
Gonçalves hasn’t decided to leave Nottingham Forest yet, according to the claims. That’s partly because he feels he should have more chances under Martin O’Neill than he had under previous manager Aitor Karanka.
However, he’s said to be thinking of all these quick exit options he has, as these clubs are interested in signing him in January.
Diogo Gonçalves joined Nottingham Forest on a loan deal from Benfica in the last summer window. He’s made only seven appearances for the club, four of them in the Championship, so it’s no surprise he wants to play more.
