Nottingham Forest loanee Loïc Badé will arrive at Sevilla ‘in the next few hours’ to finalise a move to Sevilla.

That’s according to Marca, who say the defender is finalising the end of his loan spell at Nottingham Forest to make the move to Spain in the January transfer window.

Badé joined Forest on loan in the summer as part of their huge influx of signings but has not managed a single minute under Steve Cooper this season.

That led to reports his loan spell could be cut short next month, with Sevilla keen to take up the player as part of their plans to reshape their squad in January.

A potential move has been picking up pace for weeks and Marca confirm as much, stating that the defender will arrive at Sevilla ‘in the next few hours’.

That will happen once he has ‘closed the termination’ of his loan with Nottingham Forest, which had been due to run until the summer.

Similar to his deal with Forest, he will arrive at Sevilla on loan with an option buy, which it will be up to the Spanish side to take up if his spell with them works out.

Either way, Badé will be leaving Nottingham Forest, as he has ‘broken his loan deal’ already and is finalising that process so he can make the switch to Seville.
