Nottingham Forest have made an attempt to sign Willian, according to reports from Brazil.
Goal Brasil writes that the winger has already received the offer from the Tricky Trees and is still to give them a response.
So far, Willian only has shown he’s willing to stay in England, where besides Nottingham Forest, other Premier League clubs are interested in him as well.
It’s reported that Fulham, who had the winger for the past year, also made their bid, but there was no agreement with the player, who now looks for a new destination.
Despite highlighting the interest from other English clubs, Goal claims those sides are kept in secret for now, as his staff believes that revealing them would harm the negotiations.
With the player’s big desire to stay in England, it’s once again claimed that his return to Brazil is ruled out, especially because of the bad experience he recently had a Corinthians.
Nottingham Forest currently have three Brazilians in their squad, with those being Felipe, Danilo and Gustavo Scarpa.
Playing for Fulham last season, Willian had five goals and six assists in 30 appearances.
