Nottingham Forest have already added several new players and are still looking to bring in more faces to the club before the transfer window closes.
The club have looked at Ligue 1 to strengthen their right-back position, and they signed Giulian Biancone from Troyes. They continue to search the league to further bolster their attacking division.
That’s according to Foot Mercato, who state the English club are ‘discussing signing’ FC Nantes’ Moses Simon before the end of August.
The 27-year-old Nigeria international has two years left on his current deal with the French club. With Steve Cooper’s side in the picture to sign him, it needs to be seen whether FC Nantes will retain him or negotiate his departure.
If it’s the latter, then Nottingham Forest could stand a chance of adding Simon to the long list of new recruits. He scored six goals and registered eight assists from 30 league games last season for Nantes.
