For the past week, we’ve been seeing several Italian outlets saying Everton are interested in signing Adrien Rabiot in the summer window.

A story we covered from Gazzetta Dello Sport on Wednesday pointed out that Juventus would make a big profit if selling him, besides getting rid of his heavy salary from the wage bill.

But it’s also interesting to see what the Turin media has been saying about it, especially because Tuttosport also brings an article on the midfielder.

The newspaper doesn’t sound very sure about Rabiot’s future. He would have to prove himself, or otherwise, before the end of the season, and only then the club would take a decision.

It’s said ‘nothing is excluded’, especially because there are Premier League clubs, such as Everton, interested in signing him.

Tuttosport mentions that Carlo Ancelotti was the one who gave Rabiot his first minutes at Paris Saint Germain, and that’s something that could count on the Toffees’ side.

When signing with Juventus as a free agent last summer, Rabiot agreed to a salary of €7m per season, which will be after tax.
