Norwich City forward Christos Tzolis has arrived in the Netherlands ahead of a loan move to FC Twente.
That’s according to journalist Sacha Tavolieri, who says the forward will undergo a medical before being ‘officially presented’ by the Dutch club tomorrow.
Reports yesterday indicated that Tzolis was being targeted by Twente as they look to reinforce their forward line this summer.
That was backed up by several reports from the Netherlands today, which stated that the final details of a season-long loan deal were being worked out.
They stated that Tzolis was travelling to the Netherlands for a medical tomorrow, and Tavolieri backs that up.
According to his information, the Norwich man has already arrived in the Netherlands and will now undergo a medical. He will then be ‘officially presented’ by the Dutch club tomorrow.
There’s no mention of the nature of the deal in place with Norwich, but earlier today, it was made clear the loan does not include a purchase option as the Canaries still believe Tzolis can be a star at Carrow Road.
