With Arkadiusz Milik likely to leave Marseille this summer, teams are lining up, waiting for to Juventus trigger the option to sign him permanently or not.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Newcastle United and Burnley are two of those, alongside Lazio, who need an alternative for Ciro Immobile.
The Poland international is relatively cheap, believed to be available for a fee of around €7-8m, making him an experienced alternative for any starting striker a club might have.
This would be the case for Newcastle, who have Callum Wilson and Alexander Isak, although it entirely depends where Eddie Howe decides to use the Swede.
As for Burnley, it’s well-known they are looking for a new striker, recently being linked with the likes of Georges Mikautadze and Gift Orban.
Milik is a very different option to those two, but there’s no denying his previous goalscoring record, wherever he has gone, and there’s a deal to be done there.
Newcastle and Burnley are said to have ‘expressed interest’ in the 29-year-old, and there’s a deal to be done there for an experienced yet affordable option to bag a few goals next season.
