Arsenal and Newcastle United are back to getting linked to Juventus defender Dean Huijsen.
While he enjoys a loan spell at AS Roma, there are a few clubs who are said to be watching his situation with in Serie A.
That’s said by outlet AS Roma Live, who claims that even though the Giallorossi would like to keep him from Juventus, the situation is unpredictable for now, as even the Bianconeri don’t know whether they will keep him for the next season.
Regarding English clubs, with Arsenal and Newcastle mentioned, it’s claimed that it’s ‘not certain’ that Gunners and Magpies would match the Bianconeri’s asking price for a potential sale.
For now, there’s no amount mentioned to take the 18-year-old. Roma’s hope is that no one bids for him, so they’d try to extend the loan for another season.
Arsenal and Newcastle were linked to Huijsen back in December, while he was close to the exit door at Juventus.
With the Gunners and the Magpies both failing to sign him, he ended up getting loaned to the Giallorossi.
A new chance could now be on the horizon, depending on whether the Old Lady will want him in their squad or not.
