Torino seem ready for a new attempt to sign Dennis Praet from Leicester City.
According to Torino Granata, following a €3m bid rejected by the Foxes, the Serie A side are coming up with a ‘new offer’.
The report doesn’t say exactly how much Torino are putting on the table. What they do make it clear is that they’ll hardly match the €7m requested by Leicester City.
That’s because Praet is barely being used by Leicester City, and even though he’d like to return to Torino, with the club ready to welcome him, Leicester City don’t want to ‘sell him out’, even if he’s ‘not part of their plans’.
The Serie A club were very satisfied with the loan the midfielder had there in the 2021/22 season, and shall continue to try his purchase.
The Foxes’ relegation to the Championship was supposed to be positive for that mission, but so far, they continue to struggle to match the transfer fee requested by the English club.
