Manchester City are today linked to Napoli star Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, and the source is simply his agent.
The story starts with the recent rumours saying Victor Osimhen could leave the Serie A side to move to Saudi Arabia, even though the striker is frequently linked to top European clubs.
CalcioNapoli24 then shares some quotes from Mamuka Jugeli, Kvaratskhelia’s agent, who was interviewed by 1TV Sport Georgia. He talked about the winger’s future and named Manchester City as one of the sides he’d accept a move too.
“For example, he would probably agree to play for Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Barcelona or Manchester City. Khvicha has different desires and goals: he wants to succeed, and he is already achieving it.”
As we said, Kvaratskhelia’s recent seasons with Napoli led him to be linked to several clubs, but the truth is that it’s been a while since Manchester City were named in those rumours, with the Italian media not mentioning Pep Guardiola’s side as one of the main contenders.
Still, with such a wink from his agent, maybe that will draw the attention from the Premier League champions. The winger is having another good season with the Serie A side, with five goals and five assists so far.
