Fiorentina director of football Fabio Paratici could try to re-sign Manor Solomon from Tottenham Hotspur this summer as other options prove difficult to secure.
Corriere Fiorentino, via Labaro Viola, report that Paratici may be forced to assess other options as he seeks to revolutionise the Italian side this summer.

The newspaper states the Italian has the option of targeting player ‘previously kept under wraps’ or ‘revisit earlier’ targets. Tottenham’s Manor Solomon would be one of the latter.
He spent last season on loan with the Italian side and a return to that option ‘cannot be ruled out’. His passport situation would help facilitate the deal too.
Solomon holds an Israeli-Portuguese citizenship, meaning the mechanics of the deal they agreed with Tottenham in January could be repeated. And, crucially, it would allow Fiorentina to bypass the non-EU player quota rules placed on the squad. In simpler terms, he wouldn’t take up one of the limited non-EU spots in the squad.
The question is whether Tottenham will help facilitate a deal for the 26-year-old winger once again. They sanctioned a loan deal in January with the hope of a permanent deal, but that hasn’t happened.
Solomon is not a part of their plans, that much is clear. Since joining on a free transfer in 2023 he’s spent time on loan at Leeds, Villarreal and Fiorentina. In that time he’s made just six appearances for Spurs.
But he also represents a potentially healthy profit, with Transfermarkt currently valuing him at €8m. Given Tottenham’s spending already, and the plans to spend more, every bit of income will be wanted to help balance the books.
Fiorentina, then, may need to work out a deal that suits Tottenham before they can get close to a new deal. With Paratici looking at alternative options, though, the possibility of Solomon returning this summer appears to remain high.
